The safety and security of your group is the most important responsibility we have. KiwiSki is fully
committed to the very highest standards of safety and financial security. Our Safety Management
System (SMS) details KiwiSki’s ongoing commitment to the management of safety on all of our tours
and defines the safety systems currently in place within our business. Our safety management policy covers all aspects
of our tours and includes regular audits covering accommodation, transport, pre tour information,

All group leaders have access to a 24 hour emergency contact number for the duration of their tour.
Our 24 hour emergency line is staffed at all times by one of our trained, experienced tour managers ensuring
the best possible support at all times. All tour managers responsible for emergency contact receive annual training
and will have access to all the relevant tour details. The 24 hour emergency contact details
will be listed in your final tour itinerary.
